About us
About Our Largo Roof Rejuvenation Crew
We started this because too many owners of sound, aging roofs were being pushed straight to a tear-off. There is usually a step in between, and sometimes several.

Why we do this work
A roof in its teens is often in better shape than its age suggests. The shingles have dried out and the granules are thinning, but the deck is solid and nothing is leaking. Replacing a roof like that throws away a lot of good material and a lot of money.
So we built a small crew around the in-between options: cleaning off the algae the right way, fixing the little things before they grow, and putting the oils back into tired asphalt. For tile, the job is cleaning and sealing. For properties with many roofs, it is a plan that spreads the work out sensibly.

What the treatment is for
On asphalt shingles that are worn but still sound, a rejuvenation treatment typically gives the roof another five to seven years before replacement becomes the conversation. That is the reason we offer it, and it is the reason we look so hard at a roof before recommending it: the extra years only come when the shingles are still worth saving.
How we run a job
We answer the question you asked
If you called about streaks, we talk about streaks first, and only mention anything else we saw up there.
We write the scope down
What we will do, on which slopes, with which product, and what it costs. No surprises when the job is done.
We protect the property
Tarps over plants, gutters covered, cars moved, pool cages and windows checked before and after.
We come back
A treated roof is checked again, on a schedule that suits it, if you want us to keep an eye on it.
