After the first treatment
Roof Re-Treatment and Maintenance Plans in Largo
A treated roof keeps ageing, just more slowly. A plan has us back on the roof every so often to check flexibility and granules, tidy up small issues and re-treat when the shingles call for it.

Why the timing changes from roof to roof
West-facing slopes that cook all afternoon lose their oils sooner than slopes sitting under an oak. Attic ventilation, the original shingle and how the roof was first installed all make a difference too.
So instead of a fixed number on a calendar, each return visit tells us how the roof is doing. When the shingles start to stiffen again, we recommend a re-treatment. When they are still flexible, we say so and come back later.
What a plan includes
Regular check-ins
A look at flexibility, granules, flashing and fasteners on a schedule we agree with you.
Small fixes caught early
A lifted tab or a split boot gets dealt with before it turns into something bigger.
Re-treatment when due
Booked for a dry spell when the roof needs it, and priced before we start.
A light wash if algae returns
Caught early, a quick soft wash keeps streaks from settling in.
How the cycle works

Plan questions
Do I have to sign up for a plan?
No. Plenty of owners simply call us when they want the roof checked. A plan just means we do the remembering for you.
Can a roof be re-treated more than once?
Yes, as long as the shingles are still sound when we check them. At some point every roof does reach the end, and we will tell you when we think yours has.
Keep the roof on a schedule
Call and we will explain how often we would check a roof like yours and what each visit involves.
