Where every job starts
Roof Rejuvenation Assessment in Largo
Before anybody sprays, washes or seals, we climb up and look. You come away knowing whether the roof can be treated, what needs doing first, and what the whole job would cost.

What we look at up there
Age tells you very little on its own. Two roofs put on the same year can be in completely different shape depending on how much sun they take, how well the attic breathes and how they were installed.
So we test the roof itself. We bend shingles at the edges to feel how brittle they are, look at how much granule cover is left, and check nails, flashing, vents and pipe boots. We note algae, lifted tabs and any soft spots underfoot. On tile, we look for cracked and slipped pieces and how porous the surface has become.
What you get at the end of the visit
A clear answer
Treat it, fix a few things and then treat it, wash it, seal it, or leave it alone for now.
The reasons
We show you what we saw, with photos from the roof if you would like them, so the answer makes sense to you.
A figure
If work is worth doing, you get a quote for it on the spot or by phone soon after.
How the visit runs
Quick chat at the door
What you have noticed, when the roof went on, and any paperwork from an inspector or insurer.
On the roof
A careful walk of the slopes that can take it, plus a ladder check of the edges and gutters.
Back on the ground
We talk you through what we found and what we would do, and answer your questions.
Assessment questions
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. The visit is there to give you information. You decide afterwards whether to book any work.
How long does it take?
On a typical house, well under an hour on the roof, plus however long you want to talk it over.
What if you say the roof needs replacing?
Then we tell you that plainly and explain why. Treatment is not something we push onto a roof it cannot help.
