Small fixes, done first
Pre-Treatment Roof Tune-Up in Largo
An aging roof usually has a handful of small problems: a popped nail here, a cracked pipe boot there, a shingle or two that blew off in the last storm. We sort those out so the treatment is spent on a roof that is ready for it.

Why the little things matter
Treatment brings back flexibility. It cannot reseat a nail that has backed out or a rubber pipe collar cracked by the sun. Left alone, those are the spots where water eventually finds its way in, treated roof or not.
A tune-up takes care of them while we are already up there. It keeps the job honest, too: you can see exactly which part of the price is repair and which part is treatment.
What a tune-up covers
Small repairs only, on a roof that is sound overall.
Included
- Sealing exposed nail heads and fasteners
- Re-sealing or securing flashing at walls and chimneys
- Securing vents and replacing split pipe boots
- Replacing loose or missing shingles with a close match
Outside a tune-up
- Active leaks or water stains spreading inside
- Soft or rotted decking
- Storm damage across large areas of the roof
How it fits in
Found at the assessment
We list every small fix we spotted and price them as their own line.
Done before treatment
Repairs go in first, usually the same visit, so sealants can set before any spraying.
Checked again later
On a maintenance plan, we look over the same spots at each return visit.
Tune-up questions
Can I get a tune-up without the treatment?
Yes. If the small fixes are all the roof needs right now, that is all we will do.
Will new shingles match the old ones?
We get as close as we can in color and profile. A few replaced tabs blend in better once the roof has been treated and has weathered a little.
